The Department of Homeland Security on Sept. 10, 2021, automatically extended TPS and work authorization for TPS holders from El Salvador, Haiti, Nicaragua, Sudan, Honduras and Nepal who are covered by court orders in the Ramos v. Nielsen, Bhattarai v. Nielsen, and Saget v. Trump litigation. The extension includes both TPS and work authorization for current TPS holders from the above countries through Dec. 31, 2022.
