James Elizondo
Fighting For a Secure Future For You & Your FamilyAbout
James Elizondo is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and grew up water skiing at nearby lakes. At age 19, he joined the Army National Guard and soon found himself serving a one-year deployment overseas. His time overseas made James realize that he wanted to experience life outside of Utah. Upon returning home, he moved to Arizona where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. After graduation, he moved to Mexico and attended school at the University of Guanajuato where he took business courses and played rugby for the proud Abejas. He lived in Mexico for a year and half, which was just long enough to eventually meet his future wife, Gabriela. Little did James know that when he first met Gabriela, they would be raising their first son, Luis, in a few short years.
With the help of his wife, James attended law school at the University of North Texas in 2018. There, he competed in mock trials and completed internships in immigration, family, and criminal law. Although he had positive experiences with each area, he especially appreciated immigration due to its complexity yet personal feel with clients.
James joined our team a couple months before he graduated in 2022. Whether he's helping clients obtain their green card or citizenship or representing them in court, he always makes sure to place their interests first.
